An oasis on the Murray

Taryn and Andrew invite you to enjoy their modern amenities and hospitality on your next visit to the Murray region. When they bought Motel Meneres in 2019, they realised the potential to provide an oasis for visitors to Corowa. Keen travellers themselves, Taryn and Andrew know how to make guests feel at home. Since then they have tirelessly worked to update and upgrade their motel. When you arrive you find the property grounds have been carefully curated to help you experience the ultimate relaxing getaway.

Motel Meneres began life in 1971 as the Macambo Motel and was located behind the historic Pastoral Hotel, which operated as a public house in the late 1800s with Henry Meneres holding the last license. The motel was renamed Motel Meneres, in recognition of the colourful licensee.

Andrew brings more than 30 years’ experience working in turf and grounds management for prestigious resorts and golf courses; while Taryn’s background in tourism and accommodation has helped bring their vision to reality.

Guests can draw on the couple’s knowledge of the region to ensure they make the most of their stay. Find out why Motel Menere's reviews consistently praise their excellent customer service.
