Your travel changes

As of 21th July:

NSW has temporarily shut it’s border with Victoria in an attempt to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This is to protect the health of those living in NSW. There have been changes to travel advice and newly imposed border closure to those who have been in Victoria. For more information regarding the NSW border closure, see the state government link HERE. New restrictions will see a stricter border zone apply along the Murray River from midnight Tuesday 21 July.

NSW residents are able to take a holiday anywhere within NSW.

Visitors from other Australian states (other than VIC) can come to NSW for a holiday and work but will need to comply with the rules of their home state when returning.

We are still welcoming guests here at Motel Meneres. We recommend booking directly to check any updated travel restrictions. We continue to follow the latest health advice of physical distancing and practicing good hygiene.

There are no other restrictions on crossing the NSW border to or from other states. Each state or territory has its own entry requirements and travel restrictions. You must comply with any border rules of the state or territory you are entering or leaving.

Visitors and businesses must follow the latest health advice in terms of physical distancing, practicing good hygiene, and staying home if feeling unwell.

As Corowa borders Victoria, we have provided links to both the NSW and Victorian state government’s COVID-19 website below. We look forward to being able to welcoming our Victorian neighbours again soon.

Stay safe everyone.

Keeping you safe during your stay

We are using the recommended three step process to help keep you safe during your stay.

Please note: our spa and sauna has been reopened following the advice from NSW state government.

And remember, by booking direct you are supporting a family owned and local business.
