What are the check in and check out times?

Check in time is 2pm. Check out time is 10am.

Can I check-in or check-out outside of the allocated times?

CHECK-IN is from 2pm onwards. Reception hours are from 8am until 8pm, 7 days a week.

At the time of booking if you know you’re unable to arrive during this time frame, please make a note of this in your booking. We will arrange for an out-of-hours check-in prior to your arrival. If circumstances change on the day and you’re unable to arrive during reception hours, simply contact us via phone on 02 6033 1066 to arrange an out-of-hours check-in.

Check-in prior to 2pm is not guaranteed. However if you wish to request an early check-in please contact Motel Meneres to check if available. A $20 fee is charged for an early check-in. Please give us plenty of notice if you wish to check-in earlier than 2pm so we can try to accommodate your request.

CHECK-OUT is by 10am.

Late check-out is available upon request but not guaranteed. A late check-out fee may be applied. If you need to check-out prior to reception hours of 8am, please advise the team when checking-in.

Can I book direct?

Yes, we welcome direct bookings and you’ll get a great rate. You can either book via our website, email or phone us on 02 6033 1066. There are no hidden charges and it’s a simple process.

Will I be charged when booking over the phone?

No, we only ask for your credit card details as a confirmation of your booking. Payment type of your choice will be taken upon check-in.

What discounts and specials are available?

We have specials from time to time and are available when you book direct on our website.

What are the directions to the motel?

Is breakfast included?

Breakfast is available for guests to purchase. You can order a continental breakfast to be brought to your room. Breakfast orders are to be given to reception by 6pm the day before. Breakfast is served from 7.30am.

What credit card and payment types are accepted?

At Motel Meneres we accept VISA and MASTERCARD. We also accept EFTPOS and cash.

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking however payment will not be taken until check-in.

You can chose your preferred method of payment upon arrival.

Can I specify where I would like my room located (preferred floor, next to pool, etc.)?

We try our best try our best to accommodate specific requests. Please make a note at the time of booking with any special requests you may have. We will notify you if this request can be met.

Is the room rate per person or per night?

All rates are for double occupancy per room and are quoted on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Extra adults, children, roll-away beds and incidentals are subject to additional charges. Each room type has a maximum occupancy for safety reasons.

Are rollaway beds available?

We have a limited amount of rollaway beds and portable cots available, so please book ahead and notify us at the time of booking to avoid missing out. We are more than happy to help you with your booking requirements and can make recommendations regarding room configurations. We will have children with us. What is the charge for their stay?

There is no charge for children two years of age and under.

However, if you require a portable cot for your infant/toddler aged 2 and below, there is a $20 charge per stay. You will need to request a portable cot at the time of booking.

At your request we can arrange for a rollaway bed for older children for $20 per night (not available in all room types). Please add your request at time of booking to avoid disappointment.

Please note: the minimum age for check-in is 18 years of age.

What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?

We understand things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking from time to time. You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 48 hours before your arrival date.

You will be charged the total price of booking if you cancel less than 48 hours before your arrival date.

How do I cancel/rebook a reservation?

If you have booked directly with Motel Meneres you can either contact us on 02 6033 1066 or via email info@motelmeneres.com.au. We will arrange for your stay to be either rebooked at a later stage or to cancel the booking.

If you have booked with a third-party booking website, you will need to contact them directly to arrange a rebook or cancellation.

What happens if I have an issue during my stay?

If you have any issues or further needs that arise during your stay, please let one of our friendly team members know. We want your stay to be comfortable and enjoyable. We welcome the opportunity to rectify any matter and prefer to resolve it during your stay.

You can find one of our team at reception between the hours of 8am to 8pm. If your concern occurs out of hours, then please call us on 02 6033 1066. We will try our best to resolve any concerns quickly. We strive to provide the best customer service possible. We genuinely appreciate feedback as this helps us create a better stay for all of our guests.

I see you have some great amenities, are there any time restrictions when using them?
  • Salt- water swimming pool is available for use from 8.30am to 9.30pm. Guest towels for the swimming pool are provided and are available from reception and the Spa and Sauna building.
  • Spa and Sauna room is open from 10am to 8pm. Guest towels are provided and can be found in the Spa and Sauna building.
  • Undercover BBQ area has a large dining area for people to gather and share a meal, with a full-sized fridge. Complimentary firewood is also provided for the fireplace. We ask that you respect other guests when using this area in the evening as it closes at 10.30pm.
  • Guest Laundry has a washing machine, dryer and clothes drying rack. There is also an ironing board with an iron. The guest laundry is open from 8am to 7pm.
I have a pet, can they join me on our stay?

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets to stay at Motel Meneres.

We provide tax invoices with a full breakdown of itemised listings to assist you with reconciliation for your corporate credit card. We can arrange to have tax invoices directly emailed to your company’s accounts department.
